Minimalist Couple Living in a Small 400 ft² Apartment with Clever Storage Ideas – FULL TOUR

Tina and Rob downsized to a 400-square-foot apartment so they could afford to get into the housing market. They've been living in this space for 3 years and have become masters at downsizing, organizing, and playing Tetris with their stuff to create a comfortable, functional home that has a minimalist and spacious feel without feeling cluttered. They put a lot of thought and intention into every aspect of their home and came up with some beautiful interior design ideas as well as some clever storage and organization hacks in each space, from the kitchen and living room to the bathroom and bedroom. We've gotten so many great ideas after taking a peek inside their little condo for two! You can follow and find out more about Tina & Rob's Small Space Big Life project here: https://www.youtube.com/@smallspacebiglife https://www.instagram.com/smallspacebiglifevancouver https://www.tiktok.com/@smallspacebiglife Living in a small space isn't easy, and it requires a lot of discipline to keep the space clean and uncluttered. One of the things Tina and Rob do to prevent things from piling up is a one-in, one-out rule. So if they're bringing something new into the apartment, they have to get rid of something to make space for it. But some of the benefits of living small are undeniable, it's more affordable, it's simple, and it can reduce your environmental impact if it means you use less electricity, buy fewer things, have less space to heat and cool, etc. We hope you enjoyed this video! However, his intersection with the health and fitness industry was an accidental one. Suffering for most of his teens and early 20’s with severe allergies, sinus troubles, throat infections and acne, he was only weeks away from a surgery to take out his tonsils when a friend of his urged him to attend a personal transformation seminar. That seminar ended up not only clearing up 10 years of chronic symptoms but it changed everything he believed about health and food. Since then it has been his life’s passion to help people wake up to the reality that, in terms of health, they are off course. That the human and financial cost of our current way of life is far too great. His years of research on the “human diet” — the diet that we humans are meant to be on — led him to develop the WILDFIT Challenge, a step-by-step system to quickly transition people to this revolutionary way of looking at health and fitness. #Weightloss #HumanHungers #EmotionalEating

The Buryats, a people living in the Irkutsk region, have a rich and developed culture, the traditions of which go back to ancient times. The life of the Buryats is inextricably linked with nature and crafts. The Buryats were engaged in animal husbandry, mainly raising cattle and horses. They learned to grow Siberian potatoes, cucumbers, cabbage and many other vegetables and fruits, using the rich natural resources of the region. In addition to agriculture, a number of Buryats adhered to crafts. In the highlands of the Irkutsk region, the Buryats still produce hides, meat and other products, which are used both for personal needs and for sale. These types of industries are an important part of the Buryat culture and are passed on from generation to generation. We are interested in learning how our ancestors lived, to study their traditions and to master ancient crafts and meals. Day in the Life of a Japanese Train Conductor

A day in the life of a Japanese Train Conductor. This is the typical day working in Japan for a train railway conductor or Japanese electric railway company. We go inside their workplace to see Japanese work culture as they all work as a team to run the train line together in the small tranquil town of Choshi in Japan. Takaiya works as a train conductor at Choshi Den-tetsu, AKA Choshi Electric Railway, transporting passengers for 100 years now from Choshi station to Tokawa station, a 10 station 6.4km (4 Mile) stretch located on the easternmost tip of Chiba right on the oceanside. The headquarters is here, at Nakanocho station, where a total of 60 workers proudly and safely keep the train line running each and every day. We follow Takaya from his morning routine in Japan all the way through to his work day. How To Build Wealth In Your 20s (Realistically)

When you’re young, one of the biggest advantages you have when it comes to investing is really simple - it’s TIME. Not only can you ride out any short-term fluctuations in the market, but you can take full advantage of what’s called "Compound Interest." Every year that goes by without investing is a year you won’t be seeing insane growth 30 or 40 years from now. NUMBER TWO: DON’T TIME THE MARKET This is the simplest, most factual piece of advice you’ll ever hear when it comes to investing - but it also happens to be the most difficult for people to actually follow. On top that - studies show that the more trades you make, and the more you try to time the market, the lower your overall return becomes. Research has also shown that since 1926, a 20-year holding period of the stock market has never ONCE produced a negative result. So, without overloading you with facts and studies, all I’m going to say is this: The buy-and-hold investment strategy tends to not only be the safest, but also the most profitable for the majority of people. In fact, just buying in the market immediately - regardless of where it's priced - has out performed trying to time the market 71% of the time. NUMBER THREE: DON’T INVEST IN THINGS YOU DON’T UNDERSTAND I’d much rather just not invest at all, than put your money into something you don’t fully understand. Especially in this market, where literally everything is going up, it’s so simple to get disillusioned that investing is really easy, and get yourself accustomed to always making money. But that doesn’t always happen. You need to understand that investing is going to be cyclical, investments will lose for years in a row, and you need to understand and know that going in. FOURTH: DON’T INVEST MONEY YOU NEED IN THE SHORT TERM When you invest money, there’s always a chance that the value of that investment will go down in the near future. Investing should always be seen as a long-term strategy. You generally can’t predict where the markets will be a few months or a few years from now - but you CAN look back historically - and see that over a period of 10 or 20 years, your chances of coming out ahead profitable are pretty good. So, for that reason…investing any money that you’ll need within the short term is not a good idea, and could cost you a LOT if things end up getting bad. FIFTH: INVEST CONSISTENTLY Investing is just a way of life. All you need to do this, is to automate your investing as much as you can. Just set up automatic withdrawals into a broad index fund without even thinking about it - out of sight, out of mind. You don’t need to be actively involved with it all the time, but just consciously remember it’s there - and that’s it. SIXTH: THINK INDEPENDENTLY This is the hardest thing to do from everything I’ve mentioned, but it’s also the one that will make you the most money if you get good at it. And what I mean by this is that you must trust your own thoughts and research, and not be swayed by someone else who says otherwise, or disagrees with you.
